Handcrafted with care in the Netherlands by flute maker Hans Houkes, the Natey flute is a unique fusion of the Native American Flute (NAF) and the ocarina. Compact and easy to play, the Natey offers a deep, rich tone despite its small size. As a vessel flute, it plays one octave lower than an open flute, giving it a resonant, full-bodied sound, earning it the title of a “pocket” NAF.
Available in a range of keys, from high to very low, the Natey provides versatility for different musical styles. You can also choose between 440 Hz or 432 Hz tunings when ordering. Each flute comes with a protective travel case.
As a handmade product, each flute may feature slight variations in finish and decoration, adding to its unique charm.
