RETURN POLICY

We want to make sure you LOVE any instrument you receive from Beautiful Sounds, and if anything you receive is not what you expected, please contact us directly first before initiating any returns.  It could be something very simple to be corrected in playing technique, and we'll show you have to get the most out of your handcrafted music instrument before you decide on a return.

PLEASE NOTE:  Instruments which are NOT eligible for a return or refund meet one of these conditions below

1) Instruments purchased from Beautiful Sounds which are created by makers who reside outside of the US

2) Instruments custom made to order for you are

3) All instruments on sale are final and will not be able to be refunded or credited.

Return Process

If a return is authorized, you will receive a return label to print out to attach to the packaging of your product: Beautiful Sounds, 4061 Manzanita Drive, San Diego, California, 92105.  You will need to bring this package.

Refund Process

We cannot issue a refund on any instruments unless we receive a refund request via email within 7 days my time of receiving the instrument.  Once we receive it back and the instrument in original condition, we will issue a full refund minus shipping or give you credit towards another instrument if desired instead.
